Minden High School is beyond thrilled to announce that we have secured enough partnerships to move forward with our video board project for the football field/track and the high school gym. We are currently working to build a media productions program where students will help create digital content to show on varsity game days! We are expecting installation of our boards sometime around the week of June 24th!! This project could not have been possible without the support of our partner businesses!! THANK YOU!! Reminders for parents for track and field day today: begins at 9, please send a disposable sack lunch and water, dress and prepare your child for any type of weather, you must check them out with the teacher if you plan to take them home with you at the conclusion, stay close to your minden whippets app/facebook/text messages as that is how we will communicate any weather announcements. Lucas Benson is a fantastic kid! He can be counted upon to work hard and consistently treats everyone around him with kindness, patience, and respect. Those things make for an awesome whippet!
Malcom Lennemann has worked so hard this school year! Malcom comes to school ready to learn and is always such a nice friend to others. He is respectful to his classmates and teachers. Way to be awesome, Malcom!
Mrs. Jameson shares that Charli Schwenka is a very helpful classmate and has empathy for others. Charli can be depended upon to do what is right even out of sight and that's integrity!
Hailey Choi is very hard working. She gives her all in everything she does, whether it's AR points, classroom assignments, or games at recess. She is also very helpful in the classroom. She demonstrates the whippet way all the time with her effort, integrity, and commitment.
Evelyn Olson has grown so much this school year and is a great example of an active listener. Evey is a loyal friend to others and will always be by their side when they need something. Whippet way!
Sophie Graham makes good choices and is very responsible. She can work and think independently. Sophie is a great role model for others by her actions and work ethic. Super!
Tatum Johnson shows kindness to others by offering help and assistance without being asked or told. She does this without needing any reward or recognition for her efforts. Tatum, that is the whippet way!
Zackery has been coming to school ready to work! Mrs. Woldt shares that he tries his best, has a smile on his face, and asks for help when he needs it. Way to go, Zackery!
